220 g digestive biscuits (crushed)
110 g butter or margarine
200 g Ballyshiel Milk Toffee Dulce de Leche
250 ml cream (whipped)
2 large bananas
grated chocolate to decorate.


Melt the butter in a saucepan and add in the crushed biscuits. Mix well, and then use the back of a wooden spoon to form a base in a dish, place in the fridge for twenty minutes. Afterwards, spread on your delicious Ballyshiel Milk toffee covering the whole of the base. Slice the bananas and put them on top. Cover with whipped cream and finish of with a sprinkle of grated chocolate.


CHOCOLATE ORANGE CREPES (Serves 4) Img”chocolate orange crepes”


125g butter
4 tbsp sugar
2-3 eggs
500ml milk
250g plain flour
1 level tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Icing sugar to decorate
200g Ballyshiel chocolate spread
3 oranges (peeled and sliced)


Mix the butter and sugar until creamy, and then add the eggs one after the other while stirring. Combine the milk, flour, baking powder and salt and stir into a smooth batter. Melt a little butter in a preheated pan and spoon servings of the batter to make the crepes. Prepare each crepe with a filling of Ballyshiel chocolate spread and orange slices. Decorate with icing sugar

Quick Dessert Corner

  • Ballyshiel Milk Toffee Dulce de Leche is deliciously tempting over ice cream, pancakes, apple pie, chocolate brownies.
  • Spread it on bread, crackers, biscuits, brown bread, and scones instead of jam.

  • When the popcorn has finished popping, stir in a generous helping of Ballyslhiel Milk toffee.

  • Cut a banana down the middle and fill it in with dulce de leche finishing off with a topping of whipped cream for a super quick desert.
